Your students will feel the real pressure and stress of working with the Stock Exchange when they participate in the Investment Challenge. This event can be organised at your school for a classroom of 20 to 30 students or a whole year group. Irrespective of ability and intelligence all students can enjoy this educational resource and learn about Personal and Business Finance.

Working in teams of 5-6 students they will learn about how stock is generated through to the selling and buying shares. With the use of Newspapers, Radio News Bulletins and constantly changing information screen the Stock Market simulation activity provides students with an exciting team role play. Working in teams with £100,000 to invest, students will trade for a period of one and five simulated days in order to be the winning group.

The Investment Challenge not only provides students with the opportunity to learn about the financial market place, but gain valuable skills in Communication, Decision Making, Risk Management, Research, Analysing Information, and Enterprise.
